At Floral Events by Maria, we take great care to ensure your florals are delivered on time, styled beautifully, and handled with professionalism. Please review our policy below.

1) Service Areas

• We service Sydney and selected surrounding suburbs.
  
• For large weddings, corporate events, and funerals, extended areas may be available on request.
  

2) Lead Times & Booking

• Event & Custom Orders: Please allow 2–3 weeks’ notice to secure your date and ensure availability.
  
• Peak periods (wedding season/holidays): Earlier bookings are recommended.
  
• While we strive for punctuality, traffic, weather, and venue access may affect timing.
  

3) Delivery & Setup Windows

• Event venues (standard): Typically 8:00 am – 6:30 pm (confirmed during planning).
  
• Business/Corporate installs: Typically 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
  
• Specific install times are coordinated with your venue and suppliers; we always aim to meet the agreed window.
  

4) Fees

• Delivery & setup fees are calculated based on location, access, and scale of the installation.
  
• Additional charges may apply for after-hours, Sunday, or public holiday installs and pack-downs.
  

5) Venue Access & Responsibility

• Please ensure venue access, loading details, and contact person are confirmed prior to the event.
  
• If the space isn’t ready at the agreed time (e.g., delayed table setup), waiting or re-delivery fees may apply.
  

6) Residential Deliveries (if applicable)

• If no one is home, items may be left in a safe, shaded location if deemed appropriate.
  
• If a safe drop isn’t possible, a re-delivery fee may apply.
  

7) Weddings, Events & Funerals

• Our styling team handles delivery, on-site setup, and optional pack-down.
  
• Timing, access, and installation details are confirmed in your consultation and run sheet.
  

8) International Deliveries

• We currently deliver within Australia only.
